It truly is a power paddle, it drastically increases my power thru drive, serve and drop shots but it needs getting use to and its not a control friendly paddle.
This paddle really delivers on the power. I purchased the JMV version and thought that the power and pop was great, and you don't lose out on control either. The pop sound that it makes when you hit the sweet spot is so satisfying that it makes the game more fun for me. I would recommend this paddle to anyone who enjoys banging the ball or just looking for a power paddle in general.
So happy with the purchase! I used it once & was thrilled with the power & spin. Especially the spin-amazing!! It is also easy to control & light weight. What a great paddle for the game & money! I used code (ALPHA10) for a discount. Would buy again!
I am a 4.5 rated power player. I have played with this paddle now for 5 days. This paddle has great control and a little pop just enough for control. This is not a power paddle by today's standards. I use this one for my double's games. With a discount this paddle is well worth it.
The Black Diamond 14mm is the paddle I needed. Great power yet provides excellent control. Feels good in my hand. Its been great to play with.
Right from my first hit with the JMV Pro, I found a noticeable Pop & bite on my spins. This only got better when I customised the paddle with some lead tape. The feel started getting better day by day & even my opponents in practice as well as matches commented to me about the speed & spin of my shots/service which I had started getting in my game. Six Zero truly helps take one's game to the NEXT LEVEL.. My paddle helped me win a Double Crown (60+ Singles & Doubles) and a Silver (50+ Singles) at the Monsoon Picklebal Championships 2024 being held in Mumbai(20-25 Aug'24).
Thank you Six Zero for your support
I purchased the Black Diamond Power in October '23. I drill, play, or practice 6 or 7 days a week (~25-30 games a week). Nearly a year later and it's almost shocking how durable this paddle is.
I hit hard and while it shows some slight markings from the endless beating I give it, the pop and spin haven't degraded at all that I can tell. The face texture of the composite still has great definition unlike a lot of other paddles I see where there is a smooth spot from repetitive use. I constantly get asked what paddle I'm playing with and enthusiastically brag about my Black Diamond.
Elite Performance with Unmatched Durability makes Six Zero the best value for paddles on the market.
The Black Diamond 6.0 has been everything that i expected and was advertised. Once I adjusted to the slight weight difference, i saw my game improved. The whole paddle seems to have a sweet spot. Love your, my, paddle.
I already have the SixZero DBD and love it. I normally play outdoors and the DBD just fits my game (and believe me, I have tried ALL the paddles out there). Recently I started playing indoors and I felt I needed a little more power and pop from my paddle (maybe because the ball is a little thicker and slower?). I read all the various reviews on the different power paddles and because I love my DBD, decided to stay with 6.0 and get the BD. It was love at first shot. I didn't need to adjust to the paddle AT ALL. My serves, dinks, drops, overheads all worked. For reference I'm female, 3.0-3.4 player, in my mid 50s, and play once a week.
Amazing paddle ! All around great!
