Shipping Protection by Route

Ordered on feb 9th and it is now March 4th. Past the delivery window now. They make some excuse why it is not delivered. Bought the delivery protection service and it has been useless, I do not reccomend. I will be purchasing other brands in the future, for sure.

This paddle is amazing! It allows me to drive, spin and dink exceptionally well. There is no vibration on my arm and my two handed backhand drive has never been better thanks to the elongated grip.

I like the length of the handle. has a large sweet spot . i can feel the ball when it hots and has a great sound .

Customer service was fast and I felt heard. Would definitely use insurance again, as they provide that extra level of reliability.

I couldn’t choose just one paddle, so I bought two - double black diamond & the Ruby. I have played with both paddles and I love using the Ruby for indoors play. The DBD works very well for outdoor play. Both paddles have helped to up my game!

My son is in his 30's and carries his 3 paddles and all his gear in a duffle bag, so I thought I would get this bag. He loved it. It has a ton of space, can be worn like a backpack and would fit as carryon the plane. It was very good quality and seems very durable. Glad I got it for him.

Just wondering if I really needed this as the paddle comes w a tracking from Australian post to Singapore
